With almost 40 years of combined experience in property management, Lauren Muller and Phoebe Righetti are industry veterans who have seen firsthand how the role of a Property Manager has evolved and intensified over the past decade.

For 14 years, Lauren and Phoebe successfully co-managed one of South East Melbourne’s leading property management businesses. Together, they oversaw a large rental department, mentored dozens of staff, and navigated an industry that has become increasingly complex due to rapid and ongoing legislative reform. Their hands-on experience running a high-volume operation means they understand the true pressure points of a rental department from compliance and staff turnover to system breakdowns and customer service challenges.

Throughout their years in leadership, Lauren and Phoebe became increasingly aware of a glaring gap in the industry: a lack of structured, role-specific training and support for property managers.
